	Medication Usage Evaluation is a process for assessing the appropriateness of medication usage disease management and is a standard of the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). The process typically includes data collection from patients’ medical records or other sources. This data is typically analyzed in aggregate to determine trends or opportunities for quality improvement. This program includes software for a hand held PDA (Palm or Pocket PC) and a desktop version (PC or MAC).
